- New 33600 Sportsters have different hardware than the old Sportsters 28800.
- So they are different modems. USR has changed the internal architecture
- of their Sportsters. It is not firmware only but the processor too.

- The firmware with v.34+ upgrade for old Sportsters 28800 is not that
- installed in the P'n'P Sportsters 33600.
